“H20 with Mind” is an eye-catching sculpture and fountain by Art Videen. It’s located at the corner of Grand and Ramsey in St. Paul, at the bottom of the Ramsey Hill and overlooking I-35E. It was installed around 2004 and includes a fountain that dribbles a small stream of water — which kind of makes it look the sculpture is peeing. The fountain is usually off at night and during the winter.

Videen also did the stonework and landscaping for the garden where the sculpture is located.
