Art Lesson by Caprice Glaser The Lowertown Children’s Park at the corner of Sibley and 4th Streets in downtown St. Paul sports a sculpture of a waterfall coming out of a window and a giant pencil and paintbrush marking up the wall. It makes for a pretty cool backdrop for a playground that features a steamboat and a train.

Together by Caprice Kueffner Glaser Two different metals — the dark copper and the light aluminum — come together to support one another and stand tall. Wow. That’s kind of lame.
