“The Faces of Our Future Reflect Our Past” mural was a 1995 Neighborhood Safe Art Project led by Marilyn Lindstrom with mentor artists Carlos Menchaca and Mali Kouanchao with the help of 14 youth.

This pedestrian bridge rising over Robert Street in St. Paul’s West Side neighborhood has been painted by Carlos Menchaca, John Acosta, Marilyn Lindstrom and several assistants, including Mai Houa Thao, Pa Houa Yang, Pa Haua Thao and Mai Shong Thao.

This 1980 mural by John Acosta, Carlos Menchaca and Frank Sanchez is painted on the side of the Morgan’s Mexican and Lebanese Foods buildings in the West Side neighborhood of St. Paul (the building is for sale and Morgan’s appears closed, so the mural’s future may be up in the air).
