Local muralists Broken Crow collaborated with Over Under again for a large format mural at iWare in the spring of 2011 near the popular 13th & University intersection in Northeast Minneapolis. This mural is only a few blocks from their 2009 collaboration at Shuga Records. This work faces the parking lot of the popular music venue the 331 Club and serves as a backdrop to several outdoor concerts.

This mural at Shuga Records in Northeast Minneapolis is a collaboration between Broken Crow (Mike Fitzsimmons and John Grider) and Over Under, completed in 2009. In two years, this work is one of the most recognizable pieces from Broken Crow in Northeast Minneapolis.

In the fall of 2008 John Grider (aka Broken Crow) and Mike Fitzsimmons (aka Paint Goggles) painted this expansive mural on the south side of Nicademus Art & Framing on Snelling Avenue in St. Paul.

It’s reminiscent of some of their other stencil work, especially recent work in Duluth and Brooklyn, as well as the Stella Salon Mural in Minneapolis

This collaborative mural adorns the side of the Nomad World Pub in Minneapolis and was created in 2007 by Isaac Arvold, Drew Peterson, Kristina Paabus, Mike Fitzsimmons and John Grider.

This collaborative mural by John Grider, Eric Inkala, Isaac Arvold, Mike Fitzsimmons, Drew Peterson and Gabe Combs is on the side of the Cal Surf shop on Lake Street in Minneapolis. The group completed the mural in the summer of 2007.

CityPages named John Grider one of their 2007 Artists of the Year and his unique stenciled work has been popping up across Minneapolis. This mural features “Billy” the goat (which makes frequent appearances in Grider’s work) and is on the side of Salon Stella in Minneapolis.
