Pez Vela by Sebastian (Enrique Carbajal Gonzalez)

"Pez Vela" Mexican artist Sebastian created the sculpture “Pez Vela” (which means sailfish) which was given to the City of St. Paul by the City of Manzanillo, Mexico as a symbol of friendship in 2002.
