Minnesota Birds by Elliot Offner
Artist Elliot Offner created the bronze fountain “Minnesota Birds” which sits on Nicollet Mall in Minneapolis. The sculpture adds a touch of nature and wildlife that contrasts sharply with the urban jungle of downtown Minneapolis, allowing the observer to reconnect with that lost nature.
