Relief on City Hall & Ramsey County Courthouse (4th Street Entrance) by Lee Lawrie
This relief panel on the art deco City Hall and Ramsey County Courthouse building in St. Paul was designed by Lee Lawrie and sculpted by Andre Garrette in 1931. These panels are above the 4th Street entrance (there is another set of panels flanking the Kellogg Boulevard entrance).
