River Turtle by Paul Byer
“River Turtle” by Paul Byer was the Minnesota DNR’s Adopt-a-River sculpture at the Minnesota State Fair in 2005. The sculpture was created with junk dredged from the Mississippi River. It’s currently on display at Bethel University
