South St. Paul Central Square Sculpture by Bruce Stillman
This 1980 sculpture by Bruce Stillman was “re-released” in 2002, which I think means it got a fancy sign. It’s a whimsical, kinetic sculpture that moves in the wind and is located between South St. Paul Central Square Community Center and South St. Paul High School.
