“Tree Bracelets” by Coral Lambert, Theresa Smith and James Brenner are a series in Western Sculpture Park in St. Paul that feature painted tree trunks with, well, bracelets around them. Each bracelet has sign language and braille forming a word or phrase. There are several of the pieces scattered throughout the park.
