This vertical rock sculpture is by David Culver and is located in the southern half of the Caponi Art Park. It’s one of the first permanent installations in the park that’s by an artist other than founder Anthony Caponi.

The vertical shaft of rock makes an interesting juxtaposition to the surrounding trees and nature. I don’t think it’d be the same piece if it weren’t surrounded by the nature of the park.
