Is it a mural or is it graffiti? Who knows. But it’s nice to have a little dolphin swimming in the moonlight to spice up the neighborhood.

Much like Craig David’s “Peace Table”, I think “Jaguar Throne” created by Peter Morales in 2001 in St. Paul’s Western Sculpture Park is another great example of functional art.
