The Women’s Institute of St. Paul donated “The Source”, created by artist Alonzo Hauser in 1965. The sculpture and fountain are the centerpiece of Rice Park in downtown St. Paul.

“H20 with Mind” is an eye-catching sculpture and fountain by Art Videen. It’s located at the corner of Grand and Ramsey in St. Paul, at the bottom of the Ramsey Hill and overlooking I-35E. It was installed around 2004 and includes a fountain that dribbles a small stream of water — which kind of makes it look the sculpture is peeing.

The nude figure has a certain grace and carefree joy — as if the warmth of the Conservatory compared to the frigid Minnesota winters outside was so inviting she stripped her clothes and started dancing. Or maybe not.
