Mexican artist Sebastian created the sculpture “Pez Vela” (which means sailfish) which was given to the City of St. Paul by the City of Manzanillo, Mexico as a symbol of friendship in 2002.

This mural/sculpture adorns the wall along Warner Road below downtown St. Paul. Local artists Seitu Jones and Ta-coumba Aiken created it in 1986 along with Sticks and Stones, Inc.
